Whole & Ground Seed

Chia (Salvia hispanica L) is a herb of the Lamiaceae family; It is native to Central and southern Mexico and Guatemala and together with flax (Linum usitatissimum), is one of the plants with the highest concentration of fatty alpha-linolenic acid omega 3 known since 2006. Cultivated for it to take advantage of its seeds, ground used as food.


Oil & Flour

Chia flour is a complete meal that is produced from the milling of the plant Salvia hispanica seeds cold.
